Level 2 | Member

An internationally accredited advanced cheese course focused on production methods, maturation and sensory analysis. Designed as the next step after Level 1 and taught in English with official certification.

Our courses

Zoom live sessions

Two live Zoom sessions:

Saturday 3 October 5pm BST - 8Pm BST

Sunday 4 October 5pm BST - 8pm BST

The sessions will explore all Level 1 modules, with one session dedicated to guided tasting of 12 cheeses from 25 included at this level.

After booking, you'll receive your study resources, joining instructions and everything you need for the course, including access to the Academy of Cheese Level 1 Learning Road.

Cheeses for the tasting session are purchased separately.

Zoom live sessions

Three live Zoom sessions:

- Friday 23 October, 6pm - 8pm

- Saturday 24 October, 10am - 1pm

- Sunday 25 October, 10am - 1pm

The sessions will  explore all Level 2 modules with one of them dedicated to guided tasting and sensory analysis of different cheeses from the 75 included at this level

After booking, you'll receive your study resources, joining instructions and everything you need before the course begins, including access to Academy of Cheese Level 2 Learning road.
