My refined skills and in-depth understanding of cheese and its pairings have delighted numerous enthusiasts during my guided cheese tastings.

I am  a passionate cheese expert with a rich background as a chef, blending culinary skills with the love for cheese.

I grew up immersed in the lush beauty of the Romanian countryside, always by my agronomist father's side, learning from a young age about sustainable farming practices and the importance of quality produce. After making the move to the UK over 20 years ago, I passionately pursued a career as a chef, enjoying my time as a private chef in various picturesque shooting estates. It was there that I developed a deep appreciation for the breathtaking English countryside and artisan cheese. Although London is now my home, my heart still belongs to the serene landscapes where I first ignited my love for cheese. My curiosity and constant learning led me to dive deep into studying cheese, and I quickly realised that nothing brings me more joy than sharing my knowledge while spreading the love and appreciation for it. That passion inspired me to found Cheese Orbit, dedicated to providing delightful cheese education and offer you Academy of Cheese accredited courses. As a proud member of Slow Food International and the International Society of Gastronomic Sciences and Studies (ISGSS), I bring a treasure trove of knowledge and certifications to the table, including advanced courses in Brandy de Jerez and Sherry—expertise I joyfully incorporate into my delightful cheese pairings!
